"Our Honour is Our Own"

Legion of House Manticore is a Multi-Plane Fighting Company / Unit that has members in Amtgard, Dagorhir and the SCA . We are a Para-Military style unit that uses the historical Roman Legion as a foundation for tactics and organization. However, beyond using Roman Legions as a template, Legion of House Manticore is not of Rome but more a conglomeration of individuals from different areas that are formed into a cohesive unit.

Since the summer of 1996, Legion of House Manticore has striven to create more than the average unit. With a strong command structure and a sense of personal honour, all that have become Legionnaires have made Legion great.

Our Honour is Our Own - Legion's goals are to create notoriety without infamy, to create a great unit does not mean that all have to fear and hate you. To this end, Legion does not hand out its honour to those not of House and will not receive honour except from House. We shall be the masters of our own destiny and not ride on the backs of others.
