What time and day are you fighting currently? There is a possibility we may be down in the next 2 weeks if we can get planning set up.

Oh, and might need crash space for one night as well. That depends on a few other things as well.

Sorry for lack of details, this is EARLY planning stages and well, I wont know much for a few more days, but the more info I can gather and the fast I can gather it the better off we will be.

We fight Weds and Sundays. And you have crash space here. I just need a little advanced warning so I can make sure the room is clean.

We're usually out at the field around 5:30-6 on Wednesdays and 1-ish on Sundays.

Hopefully I will know by this weekend. The possible weekend is the weekend after that (may 14-16th) if I can get everything lined up. Crash space may only be for one night if we can make it.

What time is fighting? we may not be able to stay if its too late since we have to get home to put kids to bed for school the following monday.

Disregard last question about time.

The fates have aligned, the 4 horseman must be coming because it looks like Cirion and I will be in Carbondale this weekend (May 14th through the 16th).

The exact plan is still subject to change, but we will be heading down Friday and visiting my brother till Sat, then will meet up with you guys and be all yours till sometime Sunday. We are still not sure if we will make fighting due to having to be home for bedtime since it is still a school night.

We would love to see whoever we can. We have very little plans besides what is posted here so our time is fairly free.

I know there are some people planning on going to the ren faire in St Louis on Saturday and there is graduation going on for a few members of the Byzantium group. I am also planning on being in the dale for this coming weekend.

Like I said, we have no real plans, so whatever works best for people we are willing to work around the schedules of people down there.

If we can get one great. If not, I am sure we will find a piece of floor somewhere.

OKay, so I meant to post this yesterday, but well, in getting back into the swing of things, it didnt happen.

Thank you SO Much to everyone down there for making sure we got where we were going and letting us kinda come crashing in at the last minute. I know we didnt have alot of notice but it was WONDERFUL to see people. Hopefully we can get back down there soon, but if we are following current trend, we will get down there in about 4 years or so.
