That's about all the information I have right now. It will be in Indianapolis (probably the same site as before).

What I would like to do is pre-reg enough to get a cabin for Legion and House Manticore (with VG taking preference over just house members). Tents can be used for gear (and people, if need be ).

I will keep this thread updated with information as I get it. Let's keep a running list here of who all is going.

Cabins are by pre-reg only. Each cabin has 8 bunks, but they aren't the biggest cabins, so we could maybe fit about 12 people in them (maybe). There is also room for camping around the cabins. After talking with a couple people, I've decided that we should extend the cabin staying to significant others (otherwise we'd lose a few people in the cabins since there are a few of us with mates not in Legion/VG).

If you would like to go, but don't yet have the money to pre-reg, let me know and we can figure something out.

I'm going to assume that people didn't want to get a cabin? If you have already pre-reged for a cabin, pls let me know. I probably won't be at this juncture since no one has really given me a definitive yes or no (Adam and Ara were thinking about it, but as far as I know, nothing ever came of that).

Shatty and I are planning on leaving early Friday morning and getting there before the gates open (to grab food and hang out with one of Shatty's non-dag friends in the area). If we don't have a cabin, then we'll just grab whatever land looks good for us.

I am all about going and have been cleared to use the pop up camper. But this of course brings up the issue of who do I talk to about making that a feasible possibility?

I will be attending as long as I can figure out rides and space to get the shop there. Who all is going and who all has some space that they can let me use?

Okay apparently I am either blind or dumb but I don't see word one on how to contact anyone on the website for the event. Heck I checked out the whole site and didn't see contact info for ANYONE. Maybe someone with better eyes could look too and tell me where I am missing it at?

If you are just wanting to Pre-Register, then all you need to do is select the Pre-Register button on the site . Make sure you select No Cabin as we are bringing the trailer.

Also, it looks as if Darsoul will not be making it... are you willing to drive the van to Indy and I help you pay for the gas? Or would you still want me to haul the camper?

I can drive I think but to be honest I have never really pulled it before. So I may need help with things like backing it into place and stuff. Plus the whole backside is all cargo so I can carry anything you need.

But my main concern was whether or not I could bring it in the first place. They might not have spots to put it. Most campgrounds do but I wanted to be sure.

Woot Finally got a response, we are welcome to set the camper up in the parking lot but there won't be power for it. Which is fine cause its not like we needed the AC or anything. I will have the stove up and running though so we can use that for some cooking like things.

As an additional note for your packing help, Weather dot com is predicting 40% chance of rain all weekend in Indy, and mid to high 70's all three days. So make sure you have your tarps and rain suits.
