Step One If your arrow Shaft still has its tip, remove it. Next, glue three 2” diameter pieces of foam together. Bore out a hole in the center about the diameter of a penny. Add a fourth piece of foam with a small hole in the center about the size of the arrow shaft. slide foam down arrow shaft, large hole towards the front.
Step Two Wrap the arrow tip with 1/2 width of Duct Tape, the finished diamater of the tape should be the size of a penny. Using your rubber Cement, glue a penny to the top of the shaft, then further securing the penny with a piece of Duct Tape.
Step Three Glue two 2” diameter pieces of foam together. Glue this portion to the end of the Arrow Shaft, this in effect will create a locking mechanism for the head of the arrow.
Step Four Attach a piece of 3” x 3” x 3” chunk of coach foam to the end. Use small pieces of tape on four sides.
Step Five - Final Step Cover the Couch Foam with a cloth cover, and tape all other exposed areas of foam with the athletice tape. Now you have an arrow. Happy Hunting!
